Sarah's deep inquiry into issues, needs and desired outcomes, combined with her unique approach based on over 30 years of multi-disciplinary study and consulting, has seen her help hundreds of leaders and organisations across Australia and globally. Sarah's expertise is in drawing out the creativity, knowledge and wisdom to address the challenges and uncertainties of the marketplace, while achieving organisational objectives.

Drawing on diverse experiences and a broad spectrum of integrated approaches, Sarah targets her methodology, integrating a combination of services to enable healthy, vibrant and energetic people deliver the organisation's strategy and outcomes whilst attending to its emergent future.

Sarah has consulted to and advised leaders internationally and within Australia in many of the top 100 companies, federal and state organisations organisations including AMP, APRA, BNP Paribas, CBA, the Dept of the Prime Minister and Cabinet, Coca Cola Amatil, KPMG, NAB, Natixis, NSW Department of Human Services, Microsoft, PWC, QBE, Suncorp, VF Corporation and Woolworths. Sarah is a fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and for 10 years was an accredited facilitator on their faculty for their education programs, including the advanced diploma ‘Mastering the Boardroom’.

Her leadership experience includes Partner, Acumen Global Partners, National President of Professional Speakers Australia and various NFP boards including Chairman, depressioNet.
